Purchased for my girlfriend who needed a sturdy, well-made broom. Beautifully made. The colored straw brings joy! She said they loved it, and her husband described it as "radical!"
I messaged Cyrus at the Parker Homestead Shop and asked if he could send a more rustic looking handle and he replied promptly and said he could accommodate that. The Broom is great quality! Compared it to many of the brooms similar on Etsy theirs was significantly lower in price and I think equal or better quality.
The broom is full size kitchen broom. I’m 5’9” it really is full size! It is perfect for my needs. (Note, on the broom attached to the handle, it is attached with wire and two nails - secure but the esthetic may not be what everyone wants. For me it’s beautiful and the nails add to it.)

I thought about how I might request certain colors, and how that might be harder to achieve than it would seem in a somewhat abstract color mix....... so I decided I'd get what I got. And I cannot complain in any way shape or form-- while it might not be what I'd imagined, it's just as cool, if not cooler. Upon unboxing it got a "Wow, NICE broom" from my wife, and I couldn't agree more.
